How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• message us via the contact form at the bottom of any page, including the email address you used at checkout and your order reference.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your licence for the refunded track ends and you must stop using the music in new productions.
